Peanut Butter Mousse Brownie Pie

2.00 Pie crust shells , 9 inch
1.00pouchKNORR ® Neutral Mousse 10 x 5.8 OZ 
28.00flozMilk
1.00cupSkippy® Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/25 lb. pail 
2.00packPeanut butter cups, chopped (2-2 piece package)
2.00flozCaramel Sauce

Preparation

1. Prepare brownie mix according to box, bake and cool.
2. Bake pie crusts at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes and let cool.
3. In a mixer, combine Knorr Neutral Mousse mix and milk; whip until fluffy.
4. Fold peanut butter into mousse and place in a pastry bag in cooler. Let set for at least 2 hours.
5. Cut brownies into cubes and place in bottom of pie crust.
6. With a star tip, pipe mousse on top of the brownie until full.
7. Top with peanut butter cups and drizzle on caramel sauce.
