Rich Chocolate Cake

| 0.67 | cup | BEST FOODS® Real Mayonnaise , 4/1 Gallon 4 x 1 GA |

Preparation
1. Grease and flour bottom of 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
2. In bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.
3. In large bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy (occasionally scraping bowl).
4. Reduce speed to low; beat in mayonnaise.
5. Add flour in to mixture in 4 parts, alternately with water, beginning and ending with flour.
6. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center, comes out clean. Cook completely in pan. Frost as desired.
