32.00ozLEGOUT® Cook 'N Serve Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling 12 x 24 OZ , prepared 
1.00tspGinger, ground
2.00xCitrus, lime , juice of
8.00flozCream 35%, whipping cream
10.00pcCrystallized ginger
10.00 Mint leaves sprigs

Preparation

1. In a bottom of a glass, place 1 ounce of raspberry sauce. Place pound cake ontop of the sauce, then top with diced mango.
2. In mixing bowl, place LeGout pudding with ginger, and mango puree, blend until smooth. Place about 3 ounces of pudding mixture on top of mango, top with a rosette of whipped cream, and garnish with crystallized ginger and fresh mint.
