1.00galKnorr Classic Au Jus Roast Beef Gravy Mix 4 x 32 OZ , prepared to yield 1 gallon 
0.25cupTarragon vinegar

Preparation

1. Cut tough ends, trim scales and wash asparagus.
2. Pour Knorr Classic Au Jus Beef Gravy in a large saute pan. Stir in vinegar and bring to a boil. Add asparagus and cook until tender yet crisp. (about 5 minutes)

Serving suggestions: Serve with prime rib and mashed potatoes.
