1.50qtKnorr Ultimate Roasted Chicken Base 6 x 1 Lb, prepared 
2.00tspSalt
4.00tbspOlive oil
0.10tspCinnamon, ground , if desired
0.10tspCumin, ground , if desired

Preparation

1. Place couscous in a hotel pan.
2. In a saucepan, add the prepared chicken base and oil. If desired add the cinnamon and cumin as well. Bring to a boil, pour over the couscous. Stir well and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes
