Couscous
Ingredients (10 servings)

| 1.50 | qt | Knorr Ultimate Roasted Chicken Base 6 x 1 Lb, prepared |
| 2.00 | tsp | Salt |
| 4.00 | tbsp | Olive oil |
| 0.10 | tsp | Cinnamon, ground , if desired |
| 0.10 | tsp | Cumin, ground , if desired |
Preparation
1. Place couscous in a hotel pan.
2. In a saucepan, add the prepared chicken base and oil. If desired add the cinnamon and cumin as well. Bring to a boil, pour over the couscous. Stir well and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes
