3.00qtLEGOUT ® Cream Soup Base 6 x 28 OZ , prepared

  White pepper, ground , to taste

Preparation

1. Blanch corn in prepared LeGout 095 Chicken Base, add to prepared LeGout Cream Soup Base and white pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well, place in full pan, sprinkle paprika lightly over mixture.

Yield: 50 - 3 oz. portions
