7.00ozWine, white dry
1.80ozOnions small dice
1.00xBay leaves, whole
0.50flozLemon juice, fresh
0.80tspLemon Zest
11.00ozRice, long grain
0.75tbspDill , fresh, chopped

Preparation

1. Combine the stock, wine, onion, bay leaf, lemon juice and zest and bring it to a boil.

2. Add the rice to the boiling stock, and stir once with a fork to separate the grains.

3. Cover the pot and place it in a moderate oven 325°F for approximately 18 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed all of the liquid.

4. Remove the cover, fluff the rice with a fork, and fold in the chopped dill.
