Lemon Dill Rice

| 7.00 | oz | Wine, white dry |
| 1.80 | oz | Onions small dice |
| 1.00 | x | Bay leaves, whole |
| 0.50 | floz | Lemon juice, fresh |
| 0.80 | tsp | Lemon Zest |
| 11.00 | oz | Rice, long grain |
| 0.75 | tbsp | Dill , fresh, chopped |
Preparation
1. Combine the stock, wine, onion, bay leaf, lemon juice and zest and bring it to a boil.
2. Add the rice to the boiling stock, and stir once with a fork to separate the grains.
3. Cover the pot and place it in a moderate oven 325°F for approximately 18 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed all of the liquid.
4. Remove the cover, fluff the rice with a fork, and fold in the chopped dill.
