Open Faced Bruschetta

Preparation
1. Rub Peppers with Olive oil and charbriol until skin turn dark, place in plastic bag to steam , when cool peel and deseed.
( peppers can be cut and drizzled with oil and roasted in a 400 degree oven until tender)
2 drizzle slices of Bread with olive oil and toast
3. Spread Red Pepper Basil Sauce on slices of bread.
4. Layer with mozzarella cheese, roasted bell peppers and sliced tomatoes.
5. Drizzle with addtional sauce if desired.
