4.00cupBreadcrumbs, plain , Japanese (Panko)
2.00xCitrus, oranges , zested
2.00xCitrus, lime , zested
1.00xCitrus, lemon , zested
4.00ozHELLMANN's® Real Whipped Salad Dressing - Pail
  Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
0.25cupItalian Parsley , chopped fine
16.00ozKnorr Classic Hollandaise Sauce Mix 4 x 1.5 Lb , prepared
2.00flozOlive oil
3.00flozOrange juice, Frozen Concentrate , frozen concentrate, NOT diluted

Preparation

1. Blend zest with bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Coat one side of the chicken breast with Hellmann's Real Whipped Salad Dressing. Press this side of chicken breast in the citrus crumbs to coat.
3. Place on parchment paper or greased tray and drizzle with olive oil. Place in a 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown on top.
4. Blend prepared hollandaise sauce with frozen orange juice concentrate.
5. Place sauce on bottom of plate, lay chicken on sauce and garnish.
