| 0.50 | cup | Turkey breast , cooked, diced |
| 1.00 | ea | Bread, French roll , split, toasted |

| 0.50 | cup | Lettuce , iceberg, shredded |
Preparation
1. In large bowl, combine Knorr Creole Ready-to-Use Sauce, Hellmann's Real Whipped Salad Dressing, celery, bell pepper, onion, and cayenne pepper until blended. Fold in diced turkey.
2. Toast French roll.
3. Layer bottom halves of French rolls evenly with appx 3 oz turkey salad. Top each with 2 slices of tomato and lettuce. Replace tops of rolls and serve immediately or refrigerate until service.
