Thai Syle Chicken with Cabbage

Preparation
1. Season chicken with seasoned salt.
2. In a saute pan, heat oil and brown chicken breast. Remove and hold warm.
3. In the same pan, saute onions and both cabbages until wilted. Return chicken to the saute pan.
4. Add Thai Style Red Curry Sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. To serve: Place cabbage in the center of the plate and arrange chicken on top.
6. Garnish with crushed peanuts and lime wedges.
