Preparation
1. In 1 oz. oil, saute scallops and shrimp - remove and reserve.
2. In 1 oz. oil, saute chicken and pork - remove and reserve.
3. In same pan with the remaining oil, saute carrots for 2 minutes, add remaining vegetables and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add wine and sauce, bring to a simmer. Add meats back and bring to a simmer.
