General Tso's Chicken

Preparation
1. Combine flour, cornstarch, and salt - make a well in the center.
2. Add beaten eggs and liquid - mix to form a batter. Let rest 15 minutes.
3. Dip chicken in batter and deep fry to a golden brown.
4. Saute scallions in hot oil for 1 minute.
5. Add hoisin sauce and Knorr Sweet Chili Sauce. Bring to a simmer.
6. Add chicken and toss to coat - serve with rice.
Variation: Use shrimp instead of chicken
