Hot Turkey Mole Torta

| 1.00 | rolls | French bread |
| 2.00 | oz | Knorr Ready To Use Mole Sauce , heated |
| 4.00 | oz | Turkey breast , roasted, sliced |
| 1.00 | oz | Queso fresco , crumbled |
| 0.30 | cup | Lettuce , shredded |
| 2.00 | slices | tomato , ripe |
| 3.00 | slices | Avocados |
| 3.00 | oz | Cilantro , sprigs |
| 3.00 | slices | Jalapeno pepper |
Preparation
1. Spread 1 oz Mayonnaise and 2 oz refried beans on both sides of one French roll, toast on griddle.
2. Toss turkey with hot mole, and put 4 oz on bread, top with 1 oz Queso Fresco and toast until warm and cheese is melted.
3. Top with 1 oz lettuce, 1 slice tomato, 3 slices avocado, few cilantro leaves , and 3 slices jalapeno.
