Chicken Mole

| 1.50 | oz | Sesame seeds , toasted |
| 2.50 | lb | Rice cooked , Mexican |
Preparation
1. Brown chicken in oil. Remove to a braisier. Discared oil. Cover with mole sauce and bring to a simmer. Cover and place in 325 degree oven. Cook for 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Serve with Mexican rice
