6.70ozPork , julienned
6.70ozHam , julienned
6.70ozchicken breast , julienned
6.70ozShrimp , small
0.21cupGreen Onion , sliced
0.80tspGinger root , minced
1.70ozWater chestnuts , sliced
0.80flozSoy sauce
0.83tbspCornstarch
0.80flozCorn oil
1.70flozLeGout 095 chicken base, prepared 
1.70tspSugar, granulated white

Preparation

1. Heat skillet or wok on high heat, add oil, add ginger, green onions, and saute quickly for about 20 seconds
2. Add pork and chicken, stir fry quickly, add ham and shrimp.
3. Add mushrooms, waterchestnuts and sprouts.
4. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and prepared Legout chicken base and sugar. Add to meat and vegetable mixture.

Note: Vegetables should be crisp and there should be very little sauce.
