Chop Suey

| 6.70 | oz | Pork , julienned |
| 6.70 | oz | Ham , julienned |

| 0.21 | cup | Green Onion , sliced |
| 0.80 | tsp | Ginger root , minced |
| 1.70 | oz | Water chestnuts , sliced |
| 0.80 | floz | Soy sauce |
| 0.83 | tbsp | Cornstarch |
| 0.80 | floz | Corn oil |
| 1.70 | floz | LeGout 095 chicken base, prepared |
| 1.70 | tsp | Sugar, granulated white |
Preparation
1. Heat skillet or wok on high heat, add oil, add ginger, green onions, and saute quickly for about 20 seconds
2. Add pork and chicken, stir fry quickly, add ham and shrimp.
3. Add mushrooms, waterchestnuts and sprouts.
4. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and prepared Legout chicken base and sugar. Add to meat and vegetable mixture.
Note: Vegetables should be crisp and there should be very little sauce.
