Sizzling Southwest Lettuce Wraps

| 10.00 | floz | Knorr Ready-To-Use Salsa Roja Sauce 4 x 0.5 GA |
| 2.50 | oz | Green Onion , chopped |
| 15.00 | oz | Guacamole |
| 5.00 | floz | Corn oil |
| 2.50 | tsp | Cilantro leaves |
Preparation
1. Saute garlic in oil, add ground chicken, seasoned salt. Mix and cook well.
2. Add green onions and cilantro and Knorr Salsa Roja.
3. Drain water from lettuce leaves in colander and let dry.
4. Plate with lettuce leaves, chicken mixture and guacamole.
