Grilled Chicken with Black Bean Sauce

4.00ozBacon ,diced
3.00ozOnions , diced
2.00clGarlic ,chopped
1.00tbspPaprika
1.00tbspChili powder
2.00tspMild chilies , dried & crushed into flakes
0.30tspOregano(1)
1.00tspCumin, ground
6.00ozTomatoes, canned
0.50tspChiles, jalapeno , fresh, chopped
1.00qtBlack beans ,cooked
4.00cupLEGOUT ® 095 Low Sodium Chicken Base 12 x 1 Lb 
1.00tspSherry wine vinegar
  salt and pepper ,to taste

Preparation

1. Season chicken to be grilled with salt and pepper. Grill basting with Knorr RTU Mago Habanero Sauce. Hold warm.

BLACK BEAN SAUCE:
1. Over medium heat, render bacon until crisp.

2. Add onions, garlic, spices and dried chilies. Cook out for 3 min.

3. Add diced tomatoes and jalapeno. Cook out for 3 min.

4. Add remaining ingredients, except vinegar, to the beans and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.

5. Remove 1/3 beans and puree. Add puree to sauce.

6. Finish with sherry wine vinegar.

7. Adjust seasoning and consistency if desired. Serve with grilled chicken.
