Grilled Chicken with Black Bean Sauce

| 2.00 | cl | Garlic ,chopped |
| 1.00 | tbsp | Paprika |
| 1.00 | tbsp | Chili powder |
| 2.00 | tsp | Mild chilies , dried & crushed into flakes |
| 0.30 | tsp | Oregano(1) |
| 1.00 | tsp | Cumin, ground |
| 6.00 | oz | Tomatoes, canned |
| 0.50 | tsp | Chiles, jalapeno , fresh, chopped |
| 1.00 | qt | Black beans ,cooked |

Preparation
1. Season chicken to be grilled with salt and pepper. Grill basting with Knorr RTU Mago Habanero Sauce. Hold warm.
BLACK BEAN SAUCE:
1. Over medium heat, render bacon until crisp.
2. Add onions, garlic, spices and dried chilies. Cook out for 3 min.
3. Add diced tomatoes and jalapeno. Cook out for 3 min.
4. Add remaining ingredients, except vinegar, to the beans and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove 1/3 beans and puree. Add puree to sauce.
6. Finish with sherry wine vinegar.
7. Adjust seasoning and consistency if desired. Serve with grilled chicken.
