Shrimp Cakes

| 1.00 | cup | Bread , small dice |

| 0.50 | cup | Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, Display Ready Pallet of 24 Cases 4 x 1 GN |
| 3.00 | tbsp | Cilantro(1) , chiffonade |
| 0.50 | tsp | Cumin, ground |
| 3.00 | tbsp | Green Onion , thinly sliced |
| 0.50 | tsp | Ground Coriander |
Preparation
1. Blend mayonnaise with egg, bread, cilantr, green onion, and seasonings.
2. In food processor add 1/2 of the shrimp with the bread mixture and puree lightly, remove and add the rest of the shrimp. Blend with a spoon.
3. Adjust seasoning.
4. Make misture into small cakes.
5. Pan fry cakes for service.
