1.00cupBread , small dice
1.00pcEggs
0.50cupHellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, Display Ready Pallet of 24 Cases 4 x 1 GN 
3.00tbspCilantro(1) , chiffonade
0.50tspCumin, ground
3.00tbspGreen Onion , thinly sliced
0.50tspGround Coriander

Preparation

1. Blend mayonnaise with egg, bread, cilantr, green onion, and seasonings.
2. In food processor add 1/2 of the shrimp with the bread mixture and puree lightly, remove and add the rest of the shrimp. Blend with a spoon.
3. Adjust seasoning.
4. Make misture into small cakes.
5. Pan fry cakes for service.
