Shrimp and Scallops with Thai Style Red Curry Sauce

| 8.00 | oz | Onions , juklienne |
| 8.00 | oz | Carrots , sliced |

| 2.50 | cup | Knorr Ready-To-Use Thai Style Red Curry Sauce 4 x 0.5 GA |
Preparation
1. In a saute pan, heat oil and saute shrimp til just done - remove and reserve. Sear scallops to develope nice brown color. Remove and set aside until ready for use. Hold warm.
2. In the same saute pan, adding more oil if necessary, saute onions and carrots until the onions are transparent. Add pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Return shrimp and scallops to the pan with the onions, carrots and peppers, add Thai Red Curry Sauce and heat through.
4. Serve with jasmine or basmati rice.
