2.00tspSEASONING SALT
4.00cupBreadcrumbs, plain , Japanese panko
2.00tbspWorcestershire sauce
  Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  Cayenne pepper , to taste
  SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE:

  Cajun seasoning , to taste

Preparation

1. Combine egg, bread, mayonnaise, dijonnaise, herbs, and seasoned salt in mixing bowl and blend well.
2. Add crab meat and blend well.
3. Adjust seasoning, form into cake, bread with breadcrumbs, hold for cooking.
4. Pan fry cakes. Serve on top of small amount of Spicy Mustard Sauce.

Spicy Mustard Sauce:

1. In a bowl, combine mustard blend, mayonnaise, and salad dressing. Blend thoroughly. Season with Cajun spice to desired spice level.
