  SpicyThai Orange Hollandaise:
32.00ozKnorr Ultimate Frozen Ready-To-Use Hollandaise Sauce 4 x 3 Lb 
8.00flozKnorr Ready-To-Use Sweet Red Chili Sauce 4 x 0.5 GA 
4.00ozOrange marmalade
1.00tbspBasil(1) , chopped
  Asian Slaw:
5.00ozDaikon , julienned
5.00ozCarrots , julienned
5.00ozBell pepper, red julienned
1.00ozChiles, jalapeno , or Thai bird chilies, minced
1.00lbNapa cabbage , julienned
6.00ozVinegar, rice wine
2.00ozFish sauce
0.50cupCilantro leaves
  Sugar, granulated white
  Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Salmon:
1. Combine chili sauce, fish sauce and marmalade.
2. Glaze salmon with chili sauce mixture halfway through grilling process being careful not to let the glaze burn.
3. Serve over warm slaw with hollandaise on top.

Asian Slaw:
1. Combine and warm quickly

Spicy Thai Orange Hollandaise:
1. Combiine all ingredients.
