Fiesta Grilled Salmon

Preparation
1. Season salmon and brush with the Knorr Salsa Roja. Grill to an internal temp of 145 degrees
2. Saute onion, carrot, and pepper in oil unti hot - season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Serve salmon over heated Knorr Salsa Verde and top with julienned vegetables.
Variations: Use shrimp, any fish, chicken breast or pork tenderloin.
