Chipotle Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Papaya and Red Plum Tomatoes

1.50lbCherry Tomatoes
1.00ptHELLMANN'S® REAL ANCHO CHIPOTLE SAUCE 2 / 1 GALLON JUGS 2 x 1 GA 

Preparation

1. Marinate shrimp in 1/2 chipotle sauce for 2-3 hours.

2. Assemble skewers starting and ending with shrimp and alternating with papaya and tomato.

3. Grill to an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Drizzle with Chipotle sauce.

Note: Serve with scallion rice. Shrimp can be substituted with chicken, turkey, scallops or pork.
