Citrus Crusted Seabass

| 0.50 | cup | BEST FOODS® Real Mayonnaise , 4/1 Gallon 4 x 1 GA |
| 1.00 | x | Citrus, lime , zest |
| 1.00 | x | Citrus, lemon , zest |
| 0.75 | cup | Breadcrumbs, plain , fresh |
| 1.00 | tbsp | Italian Parsley , chopped |
| Kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
Preparation
1. Blend Hellmann's mayonnaise with orange, lemon, lime zest, chopped parsley and fresh ground pepper.
2. Season sea bass with salt and pepper, top each fillet with 1 1/2 T. of the mayonnaise mixture. Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Place on greased baking sheet, bake in 400 degre oven for 10-12 minutes, or until done.
