Baked Seafood Imperial

1.50lbCooked shrimp
1.50lbScallops , cooked
2.00cupBell pepper, red and green, diced small
0.50cupItalian Parsley , chopped
0.50cupGreen Onion , sliced
2.00cupBEST FOODS® Real Mayonnaise , 4/1 Gallon 4 x 1 GA 
1.00tbspOld Bay seasoning
3.00pcEggs , separated

Preparation

1. Blend Hellmann's mayonnaise with egg yolks and Old Bay seasoning. Remove 1 cup of the mixture and reserve.
2. Blend seafood with peppers, parsley, green onions and 3 cups of the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well, place in a greased hotel pan.
3. Whip egg whites to soft peaks, fold into the 1 cup reserved mayonnaise mixture. Top seafood with egg white-mayonnaise mixture.,
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or 130 degrees internal temperature.
