Baked Seafood Imperial

| 1.50 | lb | Scallops , cooked |
| 2.00 | cup | Bell pepper, red and green, diced small |
| 0.50 | cup | Italian Parsley , chopped |
| 0.50 | cup | Green Onion , sliced |
| 2.00 | cup | BEST FOODS® Real Mayonnaise , 4/1 Gallon 4 x 1 GA |
| 1.00 | tbsp | Old Bay seasoning |
| 3.00 | pc | Eggs , separated |
Preparation
1. Blend Hellmann's mayonnaise with egg yolks and Old Bay seasoning. Remove 1 cup of the mixture and reserve.
2. Blend seafood with peppers, parsley, green onions and 3 cups of the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well, place in a greased hotel pan.
3. Whip egg whites to soft peaks, fold into the 1 cup reserved mayonnaise mixture. Top seafood with egg white-mayonnaise mixture.,
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or 130 degrees internal temperature.
