Paella with Shrimp and Calamari

Preparation
1. Sauté garlic onions and pepper in 2 ounces of olive oil. Remove from pan. Add remaining oil, heat, then add rice; coat with oil.
2. Add saffron and prepared Knorr Select Chicken Base and bring to a simmer 10 minutes. Add peppers, andouille sausage, onions, and tomatoes to the pan; simmer 3 minutes.
3. Add shrimp, clams, and mussels; simmer about 3 more minutes. Add calamari and peas, finish cooking about 2 minutes and garnish with olives and scallions.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
