Samak Bi Tahini - Lebanon (Fish with Tahini Sauce)

Preparation
1. Preheat oven at 400°F.
2. Make a marinade mixing together olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and Knorr Ultimate Fish Base.
3. Clean fish and rub with mixture of Knorr Ultimate Fish Base. Place in baking pan and bake, basting occasionally with the pan juices, until the fish is done. Carefully remove into a serving platter and let cool.
TAHINI SAUCE
4. In a food processor with the metal blade, combine garlic, salt, lemon juice and tahini and puree. If necessary add a little Knorr Ultimate Fish stock to make a soft, fluffy mixture.
TO SERVE:
Remove the skin from the fish and spread the tahini sauce over the fish. Garnish with pine nuts and parsley.
This Arab classic is served in Syria and Lebanon, also.
