2.00 Onions medium, minced
1.00cupCelery , finely chopped
4.00clGarlic , minced
  Oil, as needed
4.00lbs.Ground Beef
2.00lbs.Ground Pork
4.00cBreadcrumbs, plain soaked in whole milk, squeeze out excess milk
8.00 Eggs
1.50ozSalt
2.00t.Pepper , ground
2.00t.Thyme
0.75cupHELLMANN'S ® KETCHUP PORTION CONTROL PACKET 500 / 9 GRAM 500 x 9 GR 
0.30cupWorcestershire sauce

Preparation

1. Sauté onions, celery, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Divide into three portions and place in loaf pans.
4. Bake at 325oF to an internal temperature of 155°F.
5. Let rest 20 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve with LeGoût® Brown Gravy, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Hot Roast Beef Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes [image and product] – Butter and toast 2 slices of Texas toast and cut diagonally. Place on plate with space in center for mashed potatoes. Place mashed potatoes in center of plate and top with sliced, hot roast beef. Ladle LeGoût® Beef Flavor Gravy over it all. Serve with favorite vegetables.
