Beef in Sherried Mushroom Sauce

0.50cupOnions , finely diced
1.00clGarlic , chopped
2.00cupMushrooms , sliced
1.00cupCarrots , sliced
2.00cupKNORR ® Beef Gravy Mix 1 x 19.78 Lb , prepared 
1.00cupKnorr Ultimate Roasted Beef Base 6 x 1 Lb , prepared 
0.30t.Thyme
0.50cupSherry (Dry)

Preparation

1. Season beef with black pepper.
2. Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium heat. Brown beef until desired doneness. (Do not overcrowd pan; it will prevent proper browning and make meat tough.)
3. Remove beef from pan and reserve.
4. Add onions and garlic; sauté until onions are softened. Add mushrooms; sauté until they begin to soften. Add carrots, prepared KNORR® Beef Flavor Gravy, prepared KNORR Ultimate® Roasted Beef Base and thyme.
5. Bring to simmer; simmer until carrots are cooked and sauce is desired consistency. Add sherry and reserved beef. Cook until sauce is desired consistency. Serve over buttered noodles.
