0.50t.Sugar
  20 oz. Green Chile and Tomato Hollandaise Sauce (recipe below)

3.00cKnorr Classic Hollandaise Sauce Mix 4 x 1.5 L , prepared 
3.00ozGreen chilies , diced
2.00ozTomatoes , seeded and diced
0.30t.Red Jalapeño , seeded and minced
1.00TCilantro , chopped
1.00ozLime juice , freshly squeezed

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Grill pork, turning as necessary, until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
3. Ladle 2 oz. Green Chile and Tomato Hollandaise Sauce over pork; serve immediately.

Green Chile and Tomato Hollandaise Sauce

1. Add chiles, tomatoes and jalapeño to heated KNORR® Hollandaise Sauce.
2. Finish with cilantro and lime juice.
