| 3.00 | oz | Green chilies , diced |
| 2.00 | oz | Tomatoes , seeded and diced |
| 0.30 | t. | Red Jalapeño , seeded and minced |
| 1.00 | T | Cilantro , chopped |
| 1.00 | oz | Lime juice , freshly squeezed |
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Grill pork, turning as necessary, until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
3. Ladle 2 oz. Green Chile and Tomato Hollandaise Sauce over pork; serve immediately.
Green Chile and Tomato Hollandaise Sauce
1. Add chiles, tomatoes and jalapeño to heated KNORR® Hollandaise Sauce.
2. Finish with cilantro and lime juice.
