Spicy Sweet and Sour Pork

Preparation
1. Combine flour, cornstarch, and salt - make a well in the center.
2. Add beaten eggs, and liquid - mix to form batter. Let rest for 15 minutes.
3. Dip pork in batter and deep fry to a golden brown. Set aside.
4. Saute peppers and carrots in 1 oz. hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add pineapple, vinegar, soy, and Knorr Sweet Red Chili Sauce. Bring to a simmer.
6. Add pork and serve.
Variation: Use shrimp, or chicken in place of pork.
