Thai Style Red Curry Beef

Preparation
1. Quickly saute beef in hot oil. Remove beef and reserve. In the same oil, saute peppers, onions, mushrooms and snow peas, keeping crisp. Add curry sauce and cilantro sprigs tied in a bundle with kitchen twine. Bring to a simmer. Remove cilantro sprigs.
2. Return beef to sauce and serve.
