Wild Mushroom Cream with Old Fashioned Meatloaf

| 2.50 | lb | Mushrooms, assorted wild, sliced |
| 2.50 | cup | White wine, Fendant |
| 80.00 | oz | Knorr Red Wine Flavored Demi-Glace Sauce Mix 8 x 16 OZ |
| 2.50 | cup | Cream |
| 3.00 | tbsp | Thyme , fresh, chopped |
| 10.00 | lb | Meatloaf, cooked |
Preparation
1. Quickly sweat garlic in oil. Add onions and saute until tender. Add mushrooms and thyme and saute until cooked through. Deglaze with wine and reduce by half. Add Demi-glace and simmer for 5 minutes. Finish with cream.
2. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans and carrots.
