Orange Beef Stir Fry

| 1.00 | tbsp | Ginger root , chopped |
| 40.00 | floz | Orange juice, Frozen Concentrate , concentrate |

| 1.00 | cup | Cornstarch |
| 3.00 | floz | Soy sauce |
| 2.00 | floz | Peanut oil |
Preparation
1. Marinate beef in soy sauce,ginger, and garlic.
2. Coat beef with cornstarch, then deep fry a few minutes, remove and hold for later use.
3. Heat oil in pan or wok, add onions, peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for a few minutes, add beef, Knorr Stir Fry Sauce and broccoli. Heat through and serve.
