1.00tbspGinger root , chopped
40.00flozOrange juice, Frozen Concentrate , concentrate
1.00tspGarlic(1) , chopped
1.00cupCornstarch
3.00flozSoy sauce
2.00flozPeanut oil

Preparation

1. Marinate beef in soy sauce,ginger, and garlic.
2. Coat beef with cornstarch, then deep fry a few minutes, remove and hold for later use.
3. Heat oil in pan or wok, add onions, peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for a few minutes, add beef, Knorr Stir Fry Sauce and broccoli. Heat through and serve.
