Turkey Creole Meatloaf

1.00lbBread , diced
0.50cupItalian Parsley , chopped
3.00tspGarlic Powder
1.00tspOnion powder
2.00tbspSalt
0.50tspBlack Pepper
8.00ozKNORR ® Chicken (No MSG Added) Base 6 x 32 OZ 

Preparation

1. Place bread, eggs, Creole sauce, seasonings and prepared stock in a mexer. Mix well to a paste.
2. Add ground turkey and blend well.
3. Test a piece of meat for seasoning.
4. Form into a meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
5. During last 10 minutes of baking, top with additional Knorr Creole sauce to glaze meat loaf.
