1. Split Italian bread and lay two slices of cheese on bread. Place in hot oven to melt the cheese.
2. Heat Au jus and add beef, just to heat through lightly. Place 5 oz of heated beef on bread on top of the cheese. Top with 2 oz gardinara. Cut and serve with the remaining au jus.
Note: Gardinara is a marinated vegetable that can be purchased.
