Pork Risotto

| 1.50 | tsp | Rosemary(1) |
| 4.00 | cup | Rice, arborio |
| 2.50 | qt | Knorr Ultimate Low Sodium Roasted Chicken Base 6 x 1 Lb prepared |
| 1.00 | cup | Parmesan cheese |
Preparation
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute pork and rosemary until meat is no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Remove pork.
2. In the same pan, add rice and saute for 1 minute, add Knorr Ultimate Low Sodium Chicken Base and reduce heat to medium low and simmer uncovered until rice is tender, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes.
3. Return pork, stir in cheese and serve immediately.
