Pearl Onion and Chanterelle Sauce for Veal Chop

1.00pouchKnorr Ultimate Frozen Ready-To-Use Demi-Glace Sauce 4 x 3 Lb , Knorr, prepared as directed 
1.00cupOnions, pearl , cooked and peeled
1.00cupMushrooms, chanterelle , sliced
1.00cupRed wine
1.00tbspOnions, shallots ,chopped
1.00stalksThyme
1.00cuptomato , peeled, julienned

Preparation

1. In saute pan, reduce wine with shallots and thyme. Strain. Reserve.
2. In sauce pan, heat one tablespoon oil and saute sliced chanterelle mushrooms. Add Knorr Demi-Glace, onions, tomatoes and reserved reduced wine. Simmer and season to taste.
