Balsamic Red Wine Sauce for Lamb

| 1.00 | cup | Red wine |
| 0.50 | cup | Balsamic Vinegar |
| 1.00 | tbsp | Onions, shallots , chopped |
| 1.00 | tsp | Thyme |
Preparation
1. Place wine, vinegar, shallots and thyme in pot and reduce by 3/4. Add package of prepared KNORR Demi Glace
2. Bring to simmer and strain.
