1.00cupRed wine
0.50cupBalsamic Vinegar
1.00tbspOnions, shallots , chopped
1.00tspThyme

Preparation

1. Place wine, vinegar, shallots and thyme in pot and reduce by 3/4. Add package of prepared KNORR Demi Glace
2. Bring to simmer and strain.
