Hunters Sauce

| 128.00 | oz | Knorr Demi-Glace Sauce Mix 4 x 28 OZ , prepared |
| 1.00 | qt | Tomato concasse , no juice |
| 4.00 | cup | Mushrooms, domestic , sliced |
| 3.00 | floz | Canola oil |
| 1.00 | pt | White wine, Johannesburg |
| 4.00 | oz | Butter |
| 0.50 | cup | Italian Parsley |
| 2.00 | tbsp | Tarragon leaves ,chopped |
| 2.00 | cup | Onions 1/2" dice |
Preparation
1. Heal oil, add onions, saute until tender. Add mushrooms, cook until tender.
2. Add tomatoes, saute a few minutes. Add white wine and reduce by half.
3. Add KNORR Demi Glace and reduce to proper consistency. Finish with chopped parsley, tarragon and whip in whole butter.
4. Adjust seasoning.
