0.42cupEgg yolks or 6 yolks
1.70flozHELLMANN'S ® Real Mayonnaise , 2/1.5 Dispensing Pouches 2 x 1.5 GA 
1.70tspWorcestershire sauce
5.00tbspLemon juice, fresh , or juice from 1 lemon
6.70flozCream 35%, whipping cream

Preparation

1. In food processor, puree cheese, yolks, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mix until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper. With machine running, add heavy cream slowly and combine until creamy.

Glaze can be used on broiled steaks and chicken.
