Blue Cheese Glase/Tavern Steak

| 0.42 | cup | Egg yolks or 6 yolks |
| 1.70 | floz | HELLMANN'S ® Real Mayonnaise , 2/1.5 Dispensing Pouches 2 x 1.5 GA |
| 1.70 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 5.00 | tbsp | Lemon juice, fresh , or juice from 1 lemon |
| 6.70 | floz | Cream 35%, whipping cream |
Preparation
1. In food processor, puree cheese, yolks, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mix until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper. With machine running, add heavy cream slowly and combine until creamy.
Glaze can be used on broiled steaks and chicken.
