2.00xBell pepper, red roasted
4.00ozKNORR Chicken Select Base 2 x 10 Lb prepared 
0.50tspCumin, ground
0.10tspCinnamon, ground
0.30tspOregano(1) dried
  Cayenne pepper dash

Preparation

1. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.

2. Add tomato paste and caramelize.

3. Add roasted pepper; continue to cook. Add stock.

4. Add seasonings and simmer.

5. Puree until smooth.
