Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt in food processor or blender.

2. Pulse mixture chunky. Add the cannelini beans and chill thoroughly.

3. Ladle soup into bowls and dollop with yogurt and top with toasted sliced almonds to serve.
