1.00lbChicken meat , cooked and diced
3.00cupRice cooked
0.50cupItalian Parsley , chopped

Preparation

1. Melt butter in a large pot, saute onions, celery, and carrots until tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Add Knorr Gourmet Edge Chicken base, chicken meat, cooked rice and parsley.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes. Hold hot for service.
