Chicken and Rice Soup

| 4.00 | tbsp | Knorr Ultimate Roasted Chicken Base 6 x 1 Lb |
| 1.00 | lb | Chicken meat , cooked and diced |
| 3.00 | cup | Rice cooked |
| 0.50 | cup | Italian Parsley , chopped |
Preparation
1. Melt butter in a large pot, saute onions, celery, and carrots until tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Add Knorr Gourmet Edge Chicken base, chicken meat, cooked rice and parsley.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes. Hold hot for service.
