Homestyle Beef with Grain Soup

| 1.00 | cup | Carrots , diced |

| 5.00 | tbsp | Knorr Ultimate Roasted Beef Base 6 x 1 Lb |
| 4.00 | qt | Water |
| 0.50 | cup | Rice, wild |
| 0.50 | cup | Rice, brown |
| 0.50 | cup | Couscous |
| 0.50 | cup | Barley |
| 0.50 | cup | Bulgur wheat grain |
| 1.00 | tbsp | Italian Parsley , chopped |
Preparation
1. In hot pan, sear cubed beef in corn oil.
2. Add celery, carrots, and onion and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add water, Knorr Gourmet Edge Beef Base and wild rice; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. After soup has simmered for 30 minutes, add brown rice and barley and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
5. To finish soup, add couscous, bulgar and parsley and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Note: Total cooking time is 55 minutes. Other grains may be substituted. Be sure to adjust cooking time.
