Lentil Soup

| 0.25 | cup | Knorr Ultimate Roasted Beef Base 6 x 1 Lb |
| 0.50 | cup | Carrots , sliced |
| 1.00 | cup | Celery , sliced |
| 1.00 | cup | Onions , small dice |
| 1.00 | tsp | Garlic(1) , minced |
| 1.00 | Bay leaf |
Preparation
1. Wash lentils well. Place in a heavy sauce pan and combine with water. Bring to a boil.
2. Add Knorr Gourmet Edge Beef Base, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and bay leaves. Mix well.
3. Simmer for 40 minutes or until lentils are tender.
