| 0.80 | lb | Beef round, top (inside) , cooked, small dice |
| 1.00 | cup | Tomatoes, canned , diced, drained |
| 0.50 | lb | Egg noodles , medium, cooked |
| 0.50 | cup | Broccoli, florets , blanched |

Preparation
1. In a large pot, melt margarine and saute onions, celery, onions and carrots until tender. Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add beef, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Add Knorr Gourmet Edge Beef Base and return to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add noodles and broccoli florets to soup.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
