White Gazpacho with Green Grapes and Garlic

| 48.00 | floz | Knorr Ultimate Vegetable vegetarian Base, prepared |

| 0.50 | cup | Italian Parsley , chopped |
| 0.25 | cup | Cilantro , chopped |
| Kosher salt and cracked pepper to season |
Preparation
1. Soak the bread cubes in cold water to cover for 1/2 hour. Squeeze the water out of the bread, then place in a food processor to blender along with the garlic, olive oil, sherry, and half of the cucumbers. Blend until smooth. Add prepared vegetable base and stir.
2. Add the remaining chopped cucumbers, grapes, parsley, cilantro, salt and black pepper. Chill well.
