White Gazpacho with Green Grapes and Garlic

4.00clGarlic , minced
2.00cupOlive oil , extra virgin
4.00ozVinegar , sherry
48.00ozCucumbers, seedless , peeled, seeded, chopped
48.00flozKnorr Ultimate Vegetable vegetarian Base, prepared 
24.00ozGrapes- green , halved
0.50cupItalian Parsley , chopped
0.25cupCilantro , chopped
  Kosher salt and cracked pepper to season

Preparation

1. Soak the bread cubes in cold water to cover for 1/2 hour. Squeeze the water out of the bread, then place in a food processor to blender along with the garlic, olive oil, sherry, and half of the cucumbers. Blend until smooth. Add prepared vegetable base and stir.
2. Add the remaining chopped cucumbers, grapes, parsley, cilantro, salt and black pepper. Chill well.
