BBQ Pork Noodle Bowl

| 8.00 | oz | Pork , Chinese BBQ, julienne |

| 2.00 | oz | Red Pepper julienne |
| 3.00 | oz | Mushrooms, shiitake , washed, quartered |
| 10.00 | floz | Szechwan Broth * See recipe |
| 2.00 | oz | Carrots , shave into curls |
| 6.00 | oz | Rice flour noodles , steamed |
| 1.00 | oz | Scallions , sliced on a bias |
Preparation
1. In a wok add the chili oil and the garlic and onions. Quickly saute and add the vegetables. Add the broth and the pork. Cook until all items are hot, yet remain crisp. Add the steamed noodles and garnish with carrot curls and scallions.
- SZECHWAN BROTH RECIPE:
1/2 cup Szechwan Paste
2 ounces Knorr Ultimate Chicken Base
3 qts water
Combine all ingredients with a whisk. Bring the broth just to a boil and use for noodle bowl.
